The AMSE / IMéRA Chair is open to researchers in economics, as well as in the following disciplines, insofar as the project allows for interaction with economics: biology and medicine, law, geography, history, mathematics, neuro-economics, philosophy, statistics, political science, and sociology. All research projects will be considered, in particular those that demonstrate a certain amount of risk-taking in order to launch a particularly innovative project, as well as projects that aim to produce a synthesis work. For example, AMSE/ IMéRA are particularly interested in projects dealing with networks, international trade, development, inequalities, big data and historical perspectives on growth. The Chairholder of the "A World in Crisis" Chair is expected to carry out these research themes in a framework that will intensify the cooperation between AMSE and IMéRA and ensure a good visibility of the Chair's work through a series of public conferences.
